About the Role
As part of a fast-paced, dynamic management team, you will supervise a team of associates to ensure they develop relationships with our customers so that each customer's needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. Your previous management experience, along with your strong organizational and customer service skills, will ensure your success in this dynamic leadership role.
In this position, you will supervise and participate in the movement of merchandise to the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service. You will be responsible for managing the activities of the receiving and stock functions, training and coaching associates by leading by example, and providing functional guidance to the receiving team. This role requires you to oversee the movement of merchandise, load and unload trucks, and maintain the appearance of the receiving dock area while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
