About the Role
This position serves as the foundation for a career as a Retail Personal Banker I. Selected candidates will first complete a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program featuring rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Upon successful completion and certification, you will step into a Financial Center role focused on using a consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers and prospects.
Your day will involve building thorough customer profiles, acquiring new households, and deepening existing relationships through lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting. You will act as a trusted advisor, processing transactions while maintaining a position of trust by keeping all business confidential. The role requires you to operate within the Bank's risk appetite, ensuring that your actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
