Based in Wilmington, NC, this position serves as the heart of the store's event and guest experience. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating a variety of events, including children's birthday parties and craft classes, ensuring every guest enjoys a stress-free, fun, and engaging atmosphere. Beyond event management, you will be a key partner in delivering friendly customer service, helping shoppers find what they need, and ensuring a fast, welcoming checkout experience.
Your day will involve creating an environment of fun and creativity for clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+. You will instruct participants in craft projects, manage party add-ons, and handle administrative tasks like communicating with clients and the store team. You will also play a vital role in maintaining store standards by participating in truck unloads, stocking, merchandise recovery, and daily cleanliness activities. Whether assisting with Omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store or supporting safety programs, you will uphold the company's Brand Promises and serve as a positive role model for the team.
