About the Role

The Retail Team Lead is a part-time role designed to provide "total solutions" to our customers, encompassing products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisor, quickly building and maintaining customer relationships while utilizing provided training to support our sales offerings. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the brand and a desire to create and nurture a positive, customer-centric environment.

In this role, you will act as a part-time "Key Carrier" and may perform Leader on Duty functions. You will be responsible for the safety and security of the building and associates during the absence of the management team, including opening and closing responsibilities. Your day-to-day involves operating and assisting associates with equipment in the Print Services area to ensure efficient production and on-time order completion. You will also drive operational efficiency by adhering to visual merchandising standards, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

Beyond operational duties, you will be a key driver of client engagement. You will proactively engage customers to drive sales, assess their needs to ensure satisfaction, and coach associates to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also support community outreach initiatives to drive client retention and contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion and Average Order Value (AOV) improvement initiatives.
