About the Role
The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Reporting to the Market Sales Manager, this role requires daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead to ensure alignment.
In this position, you will build rapport with store associates and management while educating customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands. You will execute assigned projects, resets, and displays with high accuracy, maintaining account aesthetics and delivering above-average project execution compliance. Success in this role involves maintaining detailed knowledge of company policies, utilizing handheld devices effectively, and ensuring the confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
