About the Role
This position is designed for individuals ready to grow their career within our retail operations. You will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring your team processes merchandise efficiently and effectively. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing the flow of goods onto the sales floor. Beyond logistics, you will model exceptional customer service, engaging with all customers to ensure an excellent experience while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
As a leader on the floor, you will train and mentor associates on established principles, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded. You will partner with management to address training needs, monitor team productivity, and provide constructive feedback. This role requires you to maintain all organizational and safety standards in the backroom, uphold merchandising philosophy, and support store goals regarding shrink reduction and safety awareness. You will act as a bridge between management and associates, communicating priorities effectively and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
