About the Role
This position is designed for a leader who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the front-of-store team, ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with every customer and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your day will involve training and mentoring associates on front-end principles, personalizing the customer experience, and coordinating register assignments and breaks. You will also partner with management to address training needs, resolve customer concerns promptly, and support store goals regarding safety and shrink reduction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can handle unexpected situations with grace, and enjoys building a culture of teamwork and excellence.
