About the Role
As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. Whether you are passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales, this role offers significant opportunities for growth within an essential industry.
In this position, you will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. You will collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment, demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities. Your day-to-day will involve recommending products and services to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
You will also manage inventory by restocking merchandise and maintaining organization, while following proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies. Safety is a priority; you will utilize structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to company safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions, assisting customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.
