About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging and interacting with all customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role requires adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. Your day will involve modeling customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture, and ensuring the sales floor remains organized and ready for shoppers.
