About the Role

This position is designed for individuals passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles and philosophy, engaging with all customers to ensure they feel valued. Your day will involve maintaining a clean and organized store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. The role requires accuracy in processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor. You will also initiate store recovery efforts, maintain organizational standards, and participate in safety awareness programs to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Cross-training in multiple store areas may be required to support the evolving needs of the business.
