About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our commitment to quality and service.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the dynamic needs of the business, ensuring seamless operations from the sales floor to the register. Your day-to-day involves accurately processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding our merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping experience for every guest.
