About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfying customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role extends beyond the register; you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our commitment to quality.
In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers. You will support a positive store culture by working effectively with peers and supervisors, accepting constructive feedback, and adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The position offers the flexibility to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store, allowing you to support the business needs dynamically and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
