About the Role

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Part-time Retail Marketers to join our team on-site at a variety of retail stores. In this role, you will attend pre-scheduled shifts to generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Your primary mission is to exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

You will serve as the face of our #1 rated product, utilizing high energy and positive engagement techniques to provide product demonstrations and educate potential customers. This position requires working well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed, ensuring you meet predetermined performance goals and generate high-quality leads.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer industry-best compensation packages designed to reward performance. The role features a starting pay of $18/hour plus commission, with opportunities for motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour. Compensation increases based on performance, and you will be paid weekly every Friday. Additional benefits include a 401k with company match, an employee discount marketplace, and paid training with flexible scheduling. There is also a clear opportunity for growth into management positions.

Hiring Process

We are hiring immediately for this position. Selected applicants will work on-site with hours and days that vary, and weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is a must. Candidates must possess reliable transportation and a smartphone to utilize our proven lead generation system.
