The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to driving the operational success of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role serves as the backbone for a cluster of approximately three locations, overseeing the full lifecycle of the retail experience.
You will manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, payroll, recruiting, training, and employee relations. Your responsibilities extend to the physical build-out of the season, from the initial construction and opening of stores to the final closing and teardown. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing administrative oversight with the physical demands of setting up fixtures, climbing ladders, and managing inventory in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a flexible schedule. We seek individuals with 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position. The physical nature of the job requires the ability to stand and walk for in excess of 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
