About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team at our Sandro location in Lenox Square Mall. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fun, collaborative environment and is eager to build lasting relationships with our customers.
As a Key Holder, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional fitting room experiences and styling clients from head to toe. You will help cultivate a welcoming and inclusive culture for both customers and the sales associate team. This position allows you to leverage your prior selling and supervisory experience to manage essential store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and operational tasks. You will also play a key leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager by handling customer issue resolution, supporting new hires, and driving daily sales goals.
