About the Role

The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, designed for those ready to take on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store. In this position, you will alternate between the Coordinator role and the Key Carrier role based on store needs. As a Key Carrier, you act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the store operates smoothly and safely.

Your day-to-day involves modeling exceptional customer service to create a positive internal and external experience. You will promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the store team performs tasks in accordance with the store plan. This role requires you to address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to associates, and exercise discretion to satisfy customers. You will also ensure adherence to all operational procedures, labor laws, and safety guidelines while supporting shrink reduction goals and promoting credit and loyalty programs.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a team player who can work effectively with peers and supervisors and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Success in this role requires proven problem-solving skills, the ability to coach and delegate, and superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. You must be capable of multi-tasking and acting quickly under challenging circumstances. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
