As a Retail Freight Team Leader, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our receiving area. This role is critical to ensuring that merchandise flows accurately and timely from the dock to the sales floor. You will manage the disposition of damaged goods to minimize profit loss and ensure that back stock is maintained effectively. In this position, you will act as a Manager on Duty, overseeing store opening and closing procedures, and directing the work of associates to support freight flow processes.
