2020 Companies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP by executing a wide range of in-store tasks. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing store-level relationships to ensure top-quality execution on every project.
Your day-to-day involves installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and strictly following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives. You will utilize mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently, ensuring all necessary forms, images, and surveys are submitted before leaving the job site. This role requires you to be adaptable to ever-changing tasks and work environments, often collaborating with a team for early morning installations or complex projects.
This role is based in the S. Houston market with travel up to 90 miles from home on average. While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements, occasional weekends, holidays, early morning, or late-night shifts may be necessary based on store and client needs. You will be responsible for accepting and scheduling all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt, with flexible self-scheduling options available alongside fixed shifts.
Candidates must be available to complete all training assignments and certification programs within designated time frames. Successful completion of these programs is required to begin fieldwork. Applicants are expected to demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving.
We welcome every voice and are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where differences are celebrated. 2020 Companies strives to provide a best-in-class experience for our employees, offering support through paid holidays, long-term career pathing options, personal development opportunities, and professional stretch assignments.
