About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team in the Portsmouth, NH market. In this role, you will execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing buildouts and resets, and conducting display repairs. You will work independently to meet deadlines, utilizing mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently.
This position offers a dynamic retail environment where you will manage store-level relationships and ensure top-quality execution on every project. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday, the role involves executing multiple job functions that may occasionally require early morning hours, weekends, or holidays based on store and client requirements. You will travel up to 90 miles from your home on average, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement provided.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. The process includes completing all required training assignments and certification programs within designated time frames. Successful candidates will be expected to work collaboratively and autonomously, utilizing a smartphone to clock in, upload photos, and navigate various communication platforms.
