About the Role
2020 Companies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP within the retail sector. You will execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing buildouts and resets, and conducting display repairs. This role requires you to work independently, manage store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project while adhering to plan-o-grams and client-specific directives.
You will utilize mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can own your work, manage flexible self-scheduling options alongside fixed shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. While the core schedule is Monday through Friday, the role may occasionally require weekend, holiday, early morning, or late-night availability based on store and client needs.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be available to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Successful applicants will be expected to complete all training assignments and certification programs within designated time frames before beginning fieldwork. Communication with field services management is critical, with a requirement to respond consistently within 24 hours of contact.
