Retail Display Installer – Technology

About the Role

2020 Companies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP within the retail environment. You will execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing buildouts and resets, and ensuring displays are maintained according to planograms and client-specific directives.

You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing store-level relationships to ensure top-quality execution on every project. The role requires using mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently, while maintaining strong communication with field services management and internal teams. You will be responsible for tracking activity via designated systems, completing necessary forms and surveys, and providing solution feedback on installations involving teams.

Location & Schedule

This role is based in the South Seattle market. You will travel up to 90 miles from your home on average to complete assignments. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement are provided for this travel.

Assignments are primarily available Monday through Friday, though weekends and holidays may be required based on store and client needs. Some early morning or late-night hours are possible. The schedule offers a mix of flexible self-scheduling options and fixed shifts based on your availability. A minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork must be maintained within a rolling 30-day period.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be available to accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Successful applicants will be expected to complete all training assignments and certification programs within designated time frames before beginning fieldwork.
