About the Role
This position is designed to promote an excellent customer experience while overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will ensure prompt, courteous customer service and actively promote loyalty programs. By leading by example, you will engage with all customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Your day-to-day involves training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, assigning registers, and coordinating breaks to ensure seamless POS coverage. You will also address customer concerns promptly, partner with management on training needs, and support store goals regarding safety and shrink reduction.
