About the Role

We are launching groundbreaking, customer-focused TurboTax retail locations across the United States and seeking a results-driven expert to serve as the face of our brand. This is a unique opportunity to guide customers through a highly personalized, premium service experience where they feel truly understood and expertly led.

As an in-person concierge, you will not be preparing taxes. Instead, your mission is to act as a trustworthy, proactive, and knowledgeable guide who connects individuals with the perfect solution. You will thrive on turning interest into commitment, helping customers navigate from uncertainty to a confident decision. Whether assisting them with TurboTax products or connecting them with a local tax professional, you will be the dedicated consultant who pinpoints their needs and drives the outcome.

This is a seasonal, non-exempt role designed for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a dynamic "test and learn" environment where processes are still being defined. As a key member of our first retail locations, you will provide critical feedback that directly shapes the future of this program.
