Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. As ambassadors, you will create energy and excitement around our products and services in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving.
You will be obsessed with the connected world, excelling at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Your day will involve proactively engaging with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate them, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will leverage digital self-serve tools during the onboarding process, helping customers understand how to utilize the T-Mobile app for their wireless needs. By identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques, you will ensure customer satisfaction and deepen loyalty. You will also partner with nearby store locations to properly on-board customers and maintain store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
