About the Role

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. As ambassadors, you will create energy and excitement around our products and services. You will be obsessed with the connected world, thriving in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving.

You will excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. By identifying customer needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions, you will ensure customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets. Your day-to-day involves proactively engaging with a broad range of customers, leveraging digital self-serve tools, and using solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile products.
