About the Role
Based in Lumberton, Texas, this position serves as the frontline of our banking services, primarily performing Teller and/or Personal Banker duties. You will be the face of the bank, requiring frequent face-to-face, written, and telephone contact with customers and bank employees. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercising excellent customer relations skills at all times.
You will act as a key partner in delivering full banking services, often reporting to multiple officers and collaborating with various departments. The role demands a commitment to providing "WOW" customer service, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a professional demeanor while handling multi-tasking scenarios. You will actively participate in our "Customer Service First" sales and service culture, supporting the organization's values and policies.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates selected for this role will undergo cross-training in image capture processes and learn to operate various banking machines and programs. Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions may be required for training purposes. Please note that Saturday hours and holiday hours may be required based on your specific branch location's hours of operation, and flexibility to work extended hours as business requires is essential.
