As a Banking Center Associate, you will be the face of the bank, providing a variety of customer service functions including product referrals and maintaining high service standards. Your day will involve processing financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring the security of assigned cash. You will represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner, implementing our "5 Winning Ways of Customer Service" to meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectations. This role requires balancing daily transactions, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and ensuring full compliance with bank policies and banking regulations.
