As a Retail Banker I, you will serve as a vital customer liaison, integral to delivering TD's brand promise. This role goes beyond routine transactions; it is about utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will act as a brand champion, building trust through educational content and providing proactive insights that help clients save time and money.
In this position, you will orchestrate the customer flow in the lobby, warmly welcoming clients and guiding them to the right solutions. Whether assisting with complex loan products, facilitating application intakes, or resolving customer issues, you will ensure a "Legendary" customer experience that is unexpectedly human. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to educate customers on digital self-service options and referring them to specialized partners when needed. Success in this role requires a genuine desire to build lasting relationships and a commitment to helping clients navigate their financial lives.
