About the Role
A successful Retail Store Associate strives to go for WOW! This is the standard of customer service at Duluth Trading Company, defined by treating the customer right and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to create special experiences. You will be the center of what we do, developing an exceptional familiarity with the brand to provide solution-oriented, friendly service. Your day involves layering personalized service into every interaction, from the initial greeting to the fitting room and register. You will communicate sales and promotions effectively, capture email leads, and empower yourself to provide positive resolutions to customer concerns. Beyond customer interactions, you will assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise, maintaining high standards for merchandising and cleanliness across the sales floor, stockroom, and hospitality areas.
