We are looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded Retail Associate to join our team. This role is central to our mission: assisting customers while supporting the broader goal of empowering our community. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through customer service, the acceptance and processing of donations, stocking the sales floor, and managing cash register operations.
You will be the face of our mission, ensuring a friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanor at all times. From organizing merchandise and setting up displays to verifying cash balances and maintaining a clean, organized work area, your contributions help keep our stores running smoothly. You will also play a key role in the donation lifecycle, processing incoming items, reviewing their quality, and ensuring they are routed appropriately for distribution or salvage.
