As a Sales Teammate, you will be the face of Buckle, engaging with guests to provide legendary service across the front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area. This role is a dynamic blend of sales, merchandising, and operations. You will not only greet guests with a friendly attitude but also anticipate their needs, suggesting additional items to create a complete "wardrobing" experience.
Your day will involve demonstrating product knowledge, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) to drive sales, and managing the flow of merchandise from freight to the sales floor. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and shoppable environment while handling cash, processing transactions, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Beyond the daily tasks, you will have the opportunity to develop a client base, participate in recruiting efforts, and contribute to a positive team spirit.
