The Associate Lead serves as a vital partner to store management, dedicated to ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving store profitability. This position acts as a bridge between leadership and the sales floor, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will not only manage daily sales and register transactions but also cultivate a supportive environment for associates. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, interpreting performance metrics to provide targeted coaching, and modeling exceptional sales techniques. From handling inventory and visual directives to resolving customer inquiries with professionalism, the Associate Lead ensures the store operates smoothly and securely.
