As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on the connections we make with our customers.
In this role, you will set the direction and goals for the day or shift, lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by modeling selling behaviors, and create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations. You will also train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for everyone.
