About the Role
The Retail Assistant Branch Manager is a pivotal role designed to align with the Retail Branch Manager in driving results and supporting the bank's mission. You will play a key part in growing consumer and business customer relationships, fostering community engagement, and strengthening in-store partner connections. Your primary goal is to deliver the "Woodforest Experience" to every customer, every day, every time.
In this position, you will act as a "Keeper of the Woodforest Culture," creating energy around retail objectives and initiatives. You will partner with the Community Development Relationship Manager to lead a community engagement strategy, ensuring the branch remains an intrinsic and engaged community partner. You will also inspire and coach team members, acting as a positive role model to help them reach their full potential while maintaining operational excellence and strict adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements
