About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Arizona State Veterans' Home in Tucson. This integral position works alongside nursing and rehabilitation professionals to deliver restorative programs for individual residents and groups.
In this role, you will provide the highest quality direct care services, helping veterans increase their independence in day-to-day activities such as mobility, eating, and grooming. You will assist and instruct Certified Nursing Assistants in the proper delivery of care, including transfers, positioning, and the use of assistive devices. Your work is vital to the facility's continuous improvement efforts, as you will actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and the Arizona Management System (AMS) to drive efficiency and quality assurance.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Arizona

Nice to Have
Experience in a healthcare environment, previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a skilled nursing facility, completion of an on-the-job restorative aide orientation program
