About the Role
We are seeking Back of House Team Members to join our kitchen and help us make up to $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (including tips). In this role, you will cross-train and work across multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill, to prepare delicious sandwiches and salads. You will spend your day passionately connecting with our guests, bringing a hospitable attitude and an overwhelming desire to help people to every shift. Personality is everything at Mendo, and we are looking for individuals who can sell happiness.
