Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, founder of Union Square Hospitality Group. About the Role
You will embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care towards both team members and guests. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack's standards and recipes. The role requires mastering all stations and rotating through them to keep each day fresh and exciting. You will follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members, aligning with our core values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.
