About the Role
As a Bartender at Highgate, you will be the face of our hospitality, responsible for the complete setup of the bar area and the expert mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and strict control over liquor inventory.
You will set up the bar according to hotel standards, preparing beverages and cocktails that meet our specific mixing and presentation guidelines. Throughout your shift, you will maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring the bar and service areas remain clean and tidy. From responding to guest complaints with care to following all state liquor laws and safety protocols, you will be essential in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
