As a Cook 3, you will be a vital part of our culinary team, leading food preparation, production, and presentation in a dynamic kitchen environment. This senior position is designed for an advanced culinary professional who thrives in high-volume settings and is eager to mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen leadership team to maintain exceptional culinary standards while ensuring the efficient operation of your station.
Your day will involve managing complex cooking tasks, overseeing the expediting process to ensure timely delivery of orders, and interacting professionally with members and guests to accommodate their needs. You will also contribute to menu planning and recipe development, helping to shape the culinary experience for our community. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
