About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will oversee the people, processes, and products required to execute a successful shift. You are the heartbeat of the restaurant during your time on the floor, setting shift goals and assigning tasks to ensure the team performs at its highest ability level. Your day involves creating a culture of high performance, mentoring team members, and resolving guest concerns with a friendly and respectful manner. You will manage food production, ensure operational standards are met, and collaborate with management to drive the restaurant toward its goals.
