About the Role
The Restaurant Shift Leader role is focused on delivering sales and positive results through Guest and Operations coordination. This hourly position supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing operations during assigned shifts while driving key performance outcomes. You will direct the team to ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health department regulations. Your day will involve coaching team members, motivating staff to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

- check_circleManage cash control per policy and count cash on hand at shift changes and at closing
- check_circleMonitor and ensure the accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records during the shift
- check_circleComplete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts as needed
Requirements
- verified18 years of age or older
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of one year of first-line supervisory experience
- verifiedSERV Safe certification or ability to obtain it
