Our Restaurant Hourly Shift Supervisors manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. As part of the leadership team, you will be an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards, ensuring guest loyalty and profit maximization. You will act as a master resolver for guest interactions, driven to optimize profits while ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
This role is perfect for those with an appetite for bottomless fun and compassion for our crazy loyal guests. Candidates and current Team Members who demonstrate our values may be selected for this position and will undergo on-the-job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth. Selected individuals may work in this position as well as other hourly roles they are certified in, with schedules based on restaurant needs.
