About Forest Ridge
Forest Ridge is an award-winning, 374-unit independent senior living community located in Hales Corners. As a registered Residential Care Apartment Complex, we provide assisted living services to a dedicated census of 10-12 residents, with licensure capacity up to 24. We are currently focused on growing our services and enhancing the resident experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide high-quality care and nutrition to our residents. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience to a licensed full-production kitchen, managing menu creation, food ordering, and supply management while coaching fellow team members.
You will work a standard shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. While weekends are not required, flexibility is essential; you may be asked to start as early as 7:30 AM or stay until 6:00 PM to cover other positions, including most holidays falling between Monday and Friday.
