About the Role

As the Assistant General Manager of Dining Services, you will lead a talented team of professionals to oversee dining room and café operations, ensuring the overall efficiency of the kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering areas. This role is designed to make a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction while advancing your career within a supportive environment.

You will partner closely with the Registered Clinical Dietitian to ensure food is properly portioned and attractively presented. Your day will involve supervising the cleanliness and organization of all service areas, coaching staff on safety regulations, and participating in programs that enhance the experience for both employees and residents. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we open new communities and expand existing ones.
