About the Role
Based in Biloxi, MS, the Restaurant Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, dedicated to fostering a fun, inviting, and respectful work environment where every team member feels valued. This role is designed to identify and cultivate 5-Star talent, ensuring the right people are placed in the right positions at the right time through strategic scheduling.
In this position, you will lead, interview, direct, train, and develop all subordinate employees. Working under the guidance of the General Manager or District Manager, you will manage daily operations and staff while ensuring the execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems. Your primary mission is to achieve restaurant objectives, maximize profitability, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.
