About the Team
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Country Inn & Suites Woodbury, Minnesota. As the face of our hotel, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
About the Role
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, managing check-ins and check-outs using our property management system. Your day will involve answering phone calls, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure every guest feels valued. You will be responsible for collecting payments, maintaining accurate records of occupied rooms, and acting as a communication hub by relaying guest needs to housekeeping and maintenance departments.

Schedule & Commitment
