Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager serves as a pivotal leader responsible for the supervision of approximately 15 to 20 crew members. This role is designed to ensure the proper execution of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, delivering an exceptional dining experience while upholding rigorous service and quality standards.
Working alongside one to two peer Restaurant Managers and Hourly Supervisors, you will support the General Manager in driving the overall success of the restaurant. The position requires flexibility, with shifts rotating between day and night, as well as weekends and holidays, to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
Beyond daily operations, this role focuses on employee selection and retention, continuous operational improvement, and a deep understanding of profit and loss statements, operating plans, and cost management. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction is the cornerstone of this position, requiring you to foster an enjoyable and respectful environment for both guests and employees.
