As a Restaurant Manager at Jack in the Box, you are the driving force behind the operational success of a single unit. You will serve as the primary steward of our Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise, ensuring that every decision you make contributes to building sales, protecting profits, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Hiring Process and Application

Candidates for this position will be evaluated based on their experience in service concepts, their ability to manage full P&L responsibility, and their alignment with our core values. Internal candidates must have prior experience as an Associate Manager or First Assistant Manager with full workstation certification. External recruits should possess a minimum of three years of management experience in a service environment.
