About the Team
We are looking for Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and we are looking for more. The RGM leads the operation of the restaurants and has the overall responsibility for making sure the restaurant meets GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The RGM does not do this alone, as they work with a team of managers.
About the Role
This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about developing people. You will work all shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly from opening to closing. Your day will involve executing accurate projections and schedules, maintaining strict safety and cleanliness protocols, and implementing tight controls on cash and inventory. You will also serve as a bridge between the restaurant and the community, developing public relations with the public, local businesses, and various organizations.

As an RGM, your performance directly impacts the restaurant's success. You will receive a bonus based on both operational and financial performance, reflecting the high level of ownership expected in this position. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching a service-obsessed crew and shift leaders, while also developing the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
