About the Role
As a General Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values while unlocking the full potential of our employees and enhancing the guest restaurant experience. You will create safe, welcoming, and supportive environments where everyone can thrive. The purpose of this role is to make the lives of employees and guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences.
You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. This involves serving as a strategic planner who creates short-term and long-term strategies for success, delivering profit through financial management, and fostering a culture of recognition and growth. You will guide team members, resolve employee issues, and represent Border Foods in handling customer complaints with a sincere approach to finding effective solutions.
